Providence Villa will be renamed The Ark and The Dove after the NSC purchase.

Retreat operations will resume after the purchase, but use of The Ark and The Dove will expand significantly as a major center for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal, including organizational meetings, planning joint Renewal activities and other services to support the Renewal worldwide.

Another role will be a prime pilgrimage location for the Renewal, especially with the approaching 50th Anniversary of the Duquesne Weekend in 2017 and regular celebrations such as Pentecost Sunday.

The Ark and The Dove not only has considerable historical importance to the Renewal, but it has a unifying feature as well, bringing together the various groups with the CCR movement worldwide for the purpose of inspiring those in the Renewal to foster the charisms for the building up of the Church today.
